Terms & Conditions

The Company: The MAYDAY ANGEL.

The Customer: The corporate entity, firm or individual ordering the goods from the Company. All orders are made on the following terms & conditions alone.

Prices: Unless stated to be fixed for a stated period, The MAYDAY ANGEL reserves the right to change prices at anytime without prior notice. All prices are excluding VAT.

Credit: The MAYDAY ANGEL will agree to issue The Customer with credit subject to status.

Payment: The customer will agree to pay the full invoice amount within 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. If payment is made by credit or debit card, this will be same day.  

Carriage and Delivery: 1-2 working days delivery is standard on all UK orders processed before 2pm for stocked items only.
Please note; There are some regions our couriers will not guarantee 1-2 day delivery. Please contact us for details.

Returns: The Company will supply the Customer with products on the understanding that the Customer will test them in actual use and will have determined whether the products are suitable for the particular use to which they are to be applied, prior to purchase.

For the avoidance of doubt, we do NOT offer a 'sale or return service'.

We will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. Any credits and refunds will be made only after the Company’s receipt and inspection of the goods. Refunds will only be provided using the same payment card used to place the order. The Company reserves the right to refuse the Customer credits and refunds in the event of goods being returned in a used and/or unsaleable condition.

We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Our liability to you shall not in any event include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption, neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.

Damaged & Missing Products: The Customer must make any claims for damaged or missing product within 3 working days of receipt of delivery. The MAYDAY ANGEL reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 3 working days. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.

Online Product Images and Descriptions: Images on the site may differ slightly from the products supplied. In such an event, the product supplied by The MAYDAY ANGEL will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use.
